The house is divided into 2 separate parts connected to each other: the living part and the sleeping part. This way we guarantee a minimum sound transfer between the bedrooms and the living space

Spacious lounge (85m²) under the pointed roof, with panoramic windows. Large projection wall. Pool table. Can also be furnished as a meeting room, yoga room, etc.
All living areas and 4 bedrooms are wheelchair accessible. The new construction meets the latest insulation standards, so no heating costs that go through the roof. Bicycle storage.

All rooms have a private bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower or bath.
Each room is equipped with bed linen and towels. Double beds can be seperated.
Four rooms are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Each room has its own character, no two are the same. All bedrooms are located in a separate part of the building, so there is minimal transfer of noise between living space and bedrooms.

The house has: a large playroom with bar, ping-pong and foosball table; mini cinema; a garden of 2,000m² with private forest (3Ha); mini football field; volleyball court; large heated indoor swimming pool and sauna.
In short, getting bored here is not an easy task. Every moment of the day, every day of the year, you make it a fun day for everyone.
You don’t have to be a horse lover to enjoy these beautiful animals that usually graze in the meadows in front and behind the holiday home. It radiates something, strength and peace at the same time. The garden borders directly on the large horse meadow, which gives an extra dimension to the view.

Due to its location on a high and quiet spot in the Ardennes, amidst forests and meadows, the area surrounding the holiday home is a paradise for birds. In the garden alone you will see quite a few. Above your head, large birds of prey such as the buzzard and the red kite (the largest breeding bird of prey in Belgium) soar, looking for prey. With a bit of luck, you will see such a bird of prey dive for prey, sometimes followed by an attack by a competitor trying to steal the prey… downright spectacular!
Because the holiday home is situated in the eastern part of the Ardennes, we are right under the fixed route of the annual crane migration. In spring and autumn they regularly fly over, in groups of sometimes more than 200 birds. Because of their typical call you can hear them coming from far away, as announcers of spring or autumn.
In addition to a large garden, the holiday home also has our own private forest of 3 hectares (30,000m²). In the zone between the garden and the forest there is a jeu-de-boules court, a volleyball court, a picnic area in the shade and a mini football field of 35 x 16 m. And then there is the forest itself where it is wonderful to build camps or play hide and seek, a place full of adventure that the children will remember for a long time! Build a rocket, boys!
Companies can of course use this private forest perfectly for team building activities.
Silence, blissful… Although it can be a bit more difficult to find them with large groups, it is still worth looking for them. The holiday home is located in a place with very little human noise: a maximum of a few cars pass by per hour, which you hardly hear from the garden anyway, and you also rarely hear airplanes.
It is certainly worth seeking out a moment of silence, in the garden or in one of the hidden spots in the forest and taking a moment to relax with only the sound of nature around you.
Due to its unique location, the holiday home is ideal for yoga, relaxation and contemplation weekends. The large living room can be emptied, creating a beautiful space of 85m², with a high ceiling under the ridge of the roof, underfloor heating and wooden floor, and large panoramic windows. Perfect for yoga sessions and related.
In good weather this can also be done outside: it is quiet, and in the garden and the private forest there are enough flat and open spaces to contemplate or relax in the middle of nature. And then there is the swimming pool and the large sauna, which complete the picture for a successful relaxation trip!
